"I loved working with Francine! She was recommended by my sister-in-law, who she also helped to buy her home. Francine is very honest and down to earth, and was never pushy. She was also forthcoming about everything, so we never felt blindsided or surprised by anything of buying process. We had a unique situation where we had begun escrow and inspections and our lender dropped out. She helped us to work with the seller to extend escrow until we found a new lender. She was patient and always very responsive to our texts and calls.
