"L34 was absolutely phenomenal to work with in a difficult situation. I live out of state and needed to sell my uncle's house as part of the probate process. My uncle had lived there for 30 years and there was also a lot of cleanout and organization that had to happen. L34 took care of shipping family items back to us and then Terry put a ton of time and effort into giving away things that were still useful and clearing out everything else. Catherine scheduled all the inspections and kept me informed. There were some unexpected issues that arose from these, but she walked me through all the follow-up and made it as easy as it could be despite the distance. The repairs and design choices they suggested were spot on and really improved the look and feel of the house.
