My uncle had lived there for 30 years and there was also a lot of cleanout and organization that had to happen. L34 took care of shipping family items back to us and then Terry put a ton of time and effort into giving away things that were still useful and clearing out everything else. Catherine scheduled all the inspections and kept me informed. There were some unexpected issues that arose from these, but she walked me through all the follow-up and made it as easy as it could be despite the distance. The repairs and design choices they suggested were spot on and really improved the look and feel of the house. The staging was wonderful, playing up the strengths of the home, and the photographs showed it off to its best advantage - I got tons of compliments from people when the website went up. Deirdre's pricing and sales strategy was extremely effective, and got us about 50% above asking price in the end. Beyond all this, the team was very accommodating to my mother and me through this emotionally trying process, enabling us to finish with a feeling of gratitude and closure.
