Catherine is a native of Pasadena, who graduated from UCLA with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  After working many years in radio advertising sales on both the local and national level, she entered the world of real estate sales and property management while living in Denver, Colorado. Being the daughter of an architect, it felt like a predestined choice! She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of the L34 team and contribute to clients achieving their personal real estate goals. Nothing replicates the satisfaction of working together to address every aspect of a RE transaction, and seeing it through from start to finish. She relishes being part of the Southern California community and is consistently active in volunteer work and supporting local independent businesses.

An East Coast native trying to escape brutal winters, I came out to Los Angeles just before the turn of the century partly for the weather and partly for love. Little did I know I’d be embarking on one of the great love affairs of my life – oh, the boy quickly faded away, but I met one of my most passionate loves – The City of Los Angeles. From the moment I met our fair city, I made it my quest to check out every nook and cranny, north to south, east to west.

While exploring our city, I was rising up the ranks in corporate management and non-profit management. Boom! Then came the crash of 2008, and my non-profit organization quickly found itself with no money and I quickly found myself with no job. Time to rethink my strategy here. In the meantime, I found the second (and most important) of my great loves – my husband. Got married, had a baby and then found myself not really wanting to go back to the non-profit world. What to do?

I had always loved visiting open houses, perusing the real estate listings, and seeing all kinds of homes so I figured I’d get my real estate license just to see things as they hit the market. But as I got into it and started doing it and working with clients, I realized it was my third great love! Being a Realtor combines all my strengths and loves into one neat little package and fuels me with a passion that I bring to each of my clients. I pride myself in bringing that passion to each client’s home buying experience and cherish the opportunity to help my clients find the perfect house to call HOME.

Working with the L34 Group has brought me a focus on teamwork and community. We love Northeast Los Angeles because we live here and want to invest in making our community stronger and more vibrant.

An LA native herself, Fawn has a deep understanding for the unique diversity of the city. This special insight coupled with her love for all things pertaining to design, architecture, and aesthetics led her to seek a career in Real Estate. Before pursuing Real Estate, Fawn spent fifteen years working as a publicist, representing some of the most recognized names in the beauty industry. She also spent several years on the faculty staff at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise (FIDM) in DTLA where she taught Public Relations in the Beauty Industry Marketing and Merchandising Department.

When she became a mother, Real Estate was a natural transition: a career path which allowed her to combine her love for working with people with her love for the city. Her background provide the “people skills” necessary for helping buyers and sellers with their needs, and giving clients the one-on-one attention.

Francine is a native Angeleno who grew up in the Northeast LA area, first in Atwater Village, then purchased her first condo in Highland Park, and most recently her home El Sereno. She has a deep love for her city and neighborhood, and loves helping her clients find their perfect home in the area that fits their lifestyle. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a client fall in love with his or her new home. When she’s not helping clients reach their real estate goals, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and son around the Eastside. She is always on the hunt for a good cup of green tea or coffee, a delicious slice of NY style pizza, crisp refreshing craft beer, and is extremely addicted to any and all types of sweets and desserts.

Rachael was born and raised in an off-the-grid house in rural NE Washington State. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis on apparel design.  She has always gravitated towards the pulse of a city and after a stint in NY and Seattle she followed the sunshine to Los Angeles where she continued in the apparel industry until life pulled her in another direction.

Rachael was excited to transition into real estate as she’s always had a passion for people, architecture, design and building meaningful relationships with her client’s.  She cannot wait to help you find your dream home!

Rachael is the proud mother to twin boys and resides in Atwater Village with her family.  She finds joy in cooking and entertaining and is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, the beach and walking through Los Angeles’s great neighborhoods.

Sweet P is an L.A. local through and through! Born and raised on the Westside, she found her way to Northeast LA in her early 20s and never looked back. Real estate was always in her veins; her dad was a successful Realtor® on the Westside, and her mom dabbled in it for fun and some extra cash.

Sweet P’s first passion was fashion. She began in Fashion Design with a long run at bebe, even competing on Project Runway to help fund her own clothing line. After marrying artist Sage Vaughn, she decided family life was calling, so she made the switch to a more flexible career. Makeup artistry for film and TV turned out to be the perfect fit, allowing her to balance work with raising their son, Jasper.

After 13 years in makeup, Sweet P felt it was time for a new challenge. Real estate was a natural next step—she’s a people person through and through, and she loves helping others. Partnering with her longtime friend Deirdre, she’s now a Realtor® in the area she calls home. Sweet P, Sage, and Jasper live happily in Montecito Heights in a house Deirdre helped them find—proof that she’s found her true calling in real estate!
