Sheila R, Mt Washington home seller

"Buying and selling a home is a stressful event. However, Shannon Reed, and the entire L34 team, made the whole experience as easy as could be. It takes teamwork to make the dreamwork, and our team leader, Shannon, was amazing. We had some unique hiccups in our process and Shannon found the solutions taking a huge burden off our shoulders. She was always there for anything we needed, and we could tell how much she cared about our sale and our happiness! While Shannon alone was fantastic, the whole team was a huge bonus. Each person brought their area of expertise - contracts, design, photography, etc. L34 really made the entire process pretty darn easy. Any inspections, repairs or other work needed, not only did they give us fantastic recommendations but they also scheduled everything and were even present if we couldn’t be at our house. Shannon and her team clearly care, are experts at what they do, and make a seller’s job much easier. If you are looking for an agent, give them a call!"

"Had the best experience working with Fawn at L34 Group! As first time home-buyers, she led us through the entire process and ensured we felt supported and heard through each phase of the journey. She took the time to explain the hundreds of pages of paperwork to us and connected us to great professionals within the mortgage lending world. We've referred Fawn to our close friends and they had just as good of an experience with her as we did (and closed on their house recently as well!). Thank you Fawn!!"
