- Driven, motivated, and ready to build your real estate business
- New to real estate and just getting started, or you’ve closed a few deals and want to grow faster
- Eager to learn our proven systems and get hands-on training and mentorship
- A licensed real estate agent (or actively working toward licensure)
- A strong communicator with great people skills
- Organized and comfortable using technology
- A collaborative team player who values accountability and professionalism
What You'll Do
- Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process
- Host open houses, show properties, and write and negotiate offers
- Generate and follow up with leads from the team and your own network
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that earns trust and referrals
