This morning I was on my way to have my moto prep’d for an upcoming moto trip to San Diego when I eyed this coffee pop-up just a few blocks from our house. I rolled up and ordered a double espresso, give it a run, a taste…..it can’t be all that bad considering they have the same La Marzocco machine as I do at home!
The coffee was divine!

“My name is Brenda of Rosebud Coffee Pop-Up in Highland Park! We’re excited to announce the launch of Rosebud Coffee’s Pop-Up in Highland Park—an early taste of what’s to come at our permanent café opening soon at Figueroa & 59th.
An extension of our Pasadena café, this pop-up isn’t just about great coffee—it’s about creating opportunity. Every cup supports job training for Transitional Age Youth (ages 16–24) who have experienced foster care, homelessness, or justice system involvement.
Through our Ready, Set, Hire program, interns gain soft skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience across multiple industries—including coffee, retail, dog care, landscaping, and fitness.
